| In 1999, Vista Group as part of their expansion plans in African Countries, brought in FDI into Zimbabwe and invested in Paroan Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. through its divisions in Indonesia, India and South Africa.
Paroan Vista Pvt Ltd. was incorporated as Paroan Enterprises Pvt Ltd. on 20th November 1987. It was initially engaged in the manufacturing of Inks, dyes and exhaust sealer. Later the operations diversified into supply of raw materials to printing and packaging industry, conversion and distribution of imported papers and to contract work from printing companies for die cutting, binding, etc. |

| PAPER CONVERSION DIVISION: |
| The company has got its own paper conversion facility. The factory is equipped with guillotine machines and Die cutting machines of different capacity. The big sheets (SRA0, SRA1, RA1, etc.) are cut in to smaller sizes and packed as reams of A3, A4, etc. Also the die-cutting department produces cake boxes and pizza boxes and caters to the needs of packaging products. |

| SOCIAL COMMITMENT: |
| We, as a responsible company to the citizens of Zimbabwe is committed to the improved health and education of the people. We are providing support to St. James school in Marondera and fully meets their requirement of equipment, books and stationery for the students and teachers and maintenance of the building. This has enabled about four hundred children to continue their studies and we will continue our support in the years to come.
We are, as a group is closely associated with the Art of Living Foundation (AOL), established by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravisankar in 1981, one of the largest volunteer based organization in the world. It is a unique global service project that formulates and implements lasting solutions to conflicts and issues faced by individuals, communities and nations.
AOL conducts classes and workshops on stress relief, general health improvement of body and mind and brings in experts from all over the world. It also trains Zimbabweans in this programme, to spread the teachings and techniques offered. Many people in Zimbabwe are part of this foundation and help in this noble cause.
